The Healing Circle

Trauma and long-term stressors (such as the pandemic) manifest in our lives in various ways. The Healing Circle is a safe place where we can connect, process, learn healthy coping skills and begin to heal. Join us as we explore how trauma affects the brain, perceptions of reality, our emotions, thoughts, and our responses to everyday events as well as our physical health. In a group setting, we will learn new ways to thrive in the face of our trauma through implementing healthy coping skills to effectively manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, fear responses, as well as how to build and maintain healthy relationships.
