
Erin Harvey, MS
Erin is currently completing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling Degree at National Louis University and has over seven years of experience in the behavioral health field. She has worked in inpatient psychiatric care, including on a women’s trauma unit, supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs across various levels of care. Erin has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and acute psychosis. Deeply rooted in empathy, her approach is client-centered and collaborative, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Erin believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen and understood, and she strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space for every client she works with. She is passionate about helping clients explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and navigate challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. Erin values authenticity, cultural humility, and the occasional well-timed metaphor.
