Group Therapy

Online Adolescent DBT Skills Group with Halley Jacobs, MS, LPC, NCC

Wednesdays at 4:00pm via telehealth

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an empirical supported means of treating depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation among other things. DBT skills are valuable life skills that can be applied to supporting emotional wellbeing, improving relationships, making decisions and achieving goals. Homework, friends, family, romantic relationships and internal processes can all make life harder. DBT skills can help. Join other teens to increase your ability to balance all that you have going on.

This group is an ongoing group. Members may join and leave as needed.

Healing Through Storytelling with Shari Brady, LCPC, CADC

Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00 via telehealth: October 10, 17, 24 and November 7, 14, 21, 28

From the stories we tell others to the stories we tell ourselves; our narrative has the power to keep us
stuck or move us forward. Using Narrative Therapy as a tool, we will work together as a group to heal.

We will learn coping strategies grounded in evidenced-based methodologies (CBT, DBT ACT), while
working to create a narrative for our future as we heal our past wounds.
This is group therapy and a creative endeavor, combining practical tools for healing, in between session
writing exercises and connection.

No previous writing experience is necessary, just a willingness to be vulnerable.
